To make sure our no-hassle ‘keep what you love, return the rest’ experience is as comfortable as possible, our try at home period is seven days - a full week! - starting from when your package is delivered to your doorstep.
We want to make sure you have time to explore and decide if an item is a good match for you and your wardrobe. Once you have your selection, you can let us know what you'd like to keep on our website -- here!
After the try at home week, we'll charge you for the items you told us you'd like to keep, and wait for your return to reach us if there's anything that wasn't just right.
Note:
Sometimes communication between us and our very lovely and diligent shipping partners can get scrambled (especially in periods of high volume or with shipping difficulties) and the try at home week might start before you actually receive the package.
